A wonderful ring from the early half of the 20th Century, dated Birmingham 1927. The ring is made from sterling silver with the lion passant clearly visible. To the front are three ovals with slightly raised designs of a heart, cross, and anchor signifying charity, faith and hope. The shoulders of the shank have little ivy leaves and rosary style beads continue around the shank leaving a plain back allowing for the ring to be resized if required. The ring is in good antique condition and is very comfortable to wear.
