• SOLD Early 20th Century 9kt Gold Keeper Ring

This item is out of stock

A classic gold keeper ring from the early 20th Century. A beautiful intricate style made from 9kt gold with a full English hallmark dating it to London 1929. Keeper rings were worn throughout the 19th and early 20th Century and had two meanings; one to show that the wearer was worth keeping and the other to keep a wedding ring in place. The two rows of intertwined gold represent two people coming together. Nowadays, a keeper ring is a stylish gold band that looks perfect in a stack or as an interesting ring worn alone. This particular ring has a lovely weight to it and is beautiful quality.
