• SOLD Edwardian 18ct Gold Diamond Panel Ring

This item is out of stock

A pretty ring from the late Edwardian period, c1915. The ring is made from 18ct gold and platinum, marked on the inside of the shank, and has a pretty panel design at the top, which has been studded throughout with single cut diamonds. The shoulders of the shank also have two little diamonds on either side. The central diamond has a very slightly yellow appearance in some lights and may be a replacement to the original though it is an old cut diamond and it is impossible to know this for sure.

The diamonds are all set in platinum to show them in their best light and this is a classic example of a ring from this period. It has been beautifully made and is lovely quality
