SOLD Edwardian 18ct Gold Unusual Opal & Diamond Ring
A beautiful and unusual ring from the Edwardian period, c1910. The ring is made from 18ct gold and has three pretty opal gemstones set in a portrait style trilogy setting. The opals are complimented by four little diamonds at the four corners of the ring and the outline of the setting has a lovely soft scalloped edge. The stones are all set in white gold, whilst the shank of the ring is yellow gold. The opals have beautiful fire with colours ranging from blue, through green to a touch of red. An unusual and elegant ring.
