SOLD Edwardian 9ct Gold Garnet & Pearl Necklace
A pretty necklace from the Edwardian period, c1905. The necklace is made from 9ct gold and has lovely diamond shaped garnets along its length. The garnets are almandine giving them a lovely shade of deep pink. They are all individually claw set and interspersed with pretty seed pearls. The necklace has a pretty and elegant appearance on the neck and could be worn alone or as part of a stack of necklaces.

Size - The necklace measures approx 19" long. The central design is approx 23mm wide by 10mm high
Condition - Very good. The necklace appears to be all original, though the central panel has been attached in an unusual manner and there is evidence of a little lead solder here. Noted for accuracy only and not detrimental to the piece at all.
