• SOLD Edwardian 9ct Gold Pearl Crescent Locket

This item is out of stock

A pretty locket from the Edwardian period, dated September 22nd 1907. The locket is made from solid 9ct gold to the back and front over a gold coloured metal interior; a common practice during this period for lockets. It has a lovely crescent design to the front with a little blue paste stone indicating a little star. The crescent is picked out in little graduated seed pearls and the celestial subject makes a very pretty piece. To the back is an engraving with the date noted and the name, Alice. Inside there are two frames that can be removed to place your own photos behind.

If required, this locket could come on a 14kt gold fill chain that measures 18" long as pictured. The price for this addition is £10. Please contact us if this is of interest.
