    A pretty penknife charm pendant from the late Edwardian period, c1915. The penknife is made from 935 silver (slightly higher quality than sterling), which was generally used in Switzerland and Germany for goods that were to be exported (particularly Swiss watches). This pretty penknife has a beautiful turquoise enamel with little white spots and a working steel blade. It looks beautiful worn alone and would also make a fantastic addition to any charm collection. 

    It hangs on a sterling silver chain with an adjustable length between 16" and 18".
