SOLD Late Edwardian 9ct Gold Pearl & Garnet Spider Pendant
A lovely quality pendant from the late Edwardian period, c1915. The pendant is made from 9ct gold and has a wonderful spider at the centre of a circular frame. The spider has a creamy baroque pearl as the main part of its body and a lovely red garnet as the second part of its body, which is set in a gold frame. The eyes of the spider are little seed pearls and the pendant has its original bail, which is also studded with seed pearls. This piece is a lovely example of pendants of this kind and in excellent condition.
It will come on an 18" 14kt gold fill chain as pictured.

Size - The pendant measures approx 22mm in diameter with the bail adding an extra 9mm to the length.
Condition - Excellent. A little loss to the nacre on the back of the pearl, noted for accuracy only
