SOLD Victorian 14kt Gold Fancy Link Chain and Bracelets
A pretty chain from the late Victorian period, c1880s. The chain has an alternating pattern that is very pretty with filigree style links alternating with scroll style links. The chain has a large sprung clasp at the centre bottom, which would allow for some charms to be added. The clasp is also pretty enough to stand alone as it has a lovely ridge textured design. To the back is a regular spring clasp, which looks to be a replacement to the original. The chain can be split apart to form two bracelets. An ingenious design that looks very pretty both on the neck and the wrist.
