SOLD Victorian 8ct Gold Agate Ball Pendant
A beautiful natural pendant from the late Victorian period, c1880s. The pendant is a wonderful piece of banded agate that has been fashioned into a solid ball. The agate has bands of deep burnt orange and red with areas of white and grey; a lovely combination. The ball has a gold stem through the centre and a bail added to the top. The bail is marked as 333 gold, which is 8ct gold. It would look perfect on a long or a short chain; a great versatile piece.
The ball will come on a 14kt gold fill chain as pictured.
