• SOLD Victorian 9ct Gold Charm Clasp Brooch

This item is out of stock

A pretty and unusual charm clasp from the late Victorian period, c1890s. The brooch is made from 9ct gold and has a lovely etched rose design to the front with a frill cut edge. To the bottom of the little plaque is a charm clasp hook. This might have been used for a watch and could now be used to hold any charms or pendants of your choice. You can attach it to you clothes in the normal manner of a brooch or use it as a connector on a chain to add other pieces to. A very versatile and pretty piece and I have not seen one like this before.
