SOLD Victorian 9ct Gold Turquoise Heart Dangle Ring
A beautiful ring from the Victorian period. The ring is hallmarked as 9ct gold and has a date letter of 'A'. The place of the hallmark is missing, probably due to a previous resizing. Judging by the style of the A and the shape of the cartouche, I believe this ring dates to Chester 1884. It has a pretty etched geometric design and has four little turquoise gemstones set into the shoulders. At the centre is a lovely forget-me-not style flower with a loop and a heart dangling from it. The flower and heart dangle is very likely a later addition.
Such a pretty ring with a lovely design across the top, which is finished beautifully at the shoulders.
