Shipping

UK domestic shipping

Shipping is free for all orders over £200. Orders under £200 are subject to an £8 shipping charge.  We always ship using Royal Mail Special Delivery.

All orders will be fully insured for the retail value in case of loss or damage. We ship most days. If you have a specific need for a package to be with you quickly, please contact us to discuss. We are always open to making a special trip to have a piece sent out. Packages will require a signature upon arrival.

International shipping

Details as above. Standard shipping costs are included in the price . An £8 fee is applied if the order is under £200. We ship using a Royal Mail International Tracked service and items are insured for the retail value in transit. International shipping usually takes between 7 and 20 working days to arrive depending on the country that the parcel is travelling to. If you would like it to travel more quickly, we can send items via courier (DHL). Please contact us if you would like to discuss this (see below).

Please be aware that additional import, sales or customs taxes may be added according to your country's requirements. These costs are your responsibility. 

If you would prefer your parcel to be sent via a courier, please contact us. We use DHL to do this. An additional charge of £35 is charged for an international courier service if the item is under £650. For items over £650, a courier service would be used as standard and this cost is included in the price.

We cannot make parcels travel any faster than their natural method. In the unfortunate event that a parcel is delayed and subsequently lost, Royal Mail request that we wait 7 weeks before making a claim. In almost all cases in my experience, the parcel will arrive within this time. If after the 7 weeks the parcel is confirmed as lost, we will proceed with a claim.


Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will refund the full amount excluding postage. For this, you will need to notify us within 7 days of receipt via either e-mail or telephone that you would like to return the item. Once we have confirmed receipt of this notification, we require confirmation that the item has been sent via a tracking reference within 7 days. Please ensure the item is packaged and addressed correctly and sent via a suitable method. We cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or do not reach us in their original condition. Return postage is at your own expense. Please do not use paper envelopes as jewellery will tear through these. If you are sending from outside of the UK, please mark the customs invoice with RETURNED GOODS as otherwise we will be charged customs fees and these will have to be deducted from the refund amount. 
We will send the purchase price back to you via the method by which you paid as soon as we have received the item back and we are satisfied that it is in its original condition. It should also include the original box or packaging e.g. velvet bag/box. 
The cost of return postage will be at your own expense.
Returns and credits will be processed within 3 days of receipt and inspection of the item.  We will confirm receipt of the returned item and completion of the refund via e-mail. The refund, once processed, can take up to 10 days to arrive in your account.

Please note that re-sized items are non-refundable, as are items purchased via a layaway payment option (see terms). Items sold in the sale/on a discount code are also final and non-refundable
