Antique 9ct Watch Chain Necklace, 15 3/4"
A gorgeous watch chain necklace from the early 20th Century. The chain is made from old 9ct gold and is more rose in colour than yellow. It has a classic curb link and is very uniform in size along the length. Each link is hallmarked and the chain is complete with a t-bar drop that moves freely along the length. There is also a little extra chain (around 1/2”) that could be added by a jeweller if required. The chain is finished with a dog clip and bolt ring clasp, each with a good spring closure. The bolt ring has a little gap in the fastening, though this is minimal and there is no danger of the dog clip slipping through the gap as it is too narrow.
