Antique Amber & White Sapphire Heart Pendant
A lovely and unusual pendant from the late Victorian period. The pendant is made from solid 15ct gold and is in the shape of a heart. At the centre is a pretty glowing amber heart. The amber has some natural colour play within the gemstone and produces a lovely warm glow. It sits in a claw setting and is surrounded by white sapphires. The sapphires are old mine cuts and a pretty play of light throughout. They have a good white appearance and are a lovely icy contrast to the warm amber.
The pendant will come on a 14kt gold fill chain similar to the one pictured.

Size - The heart measures approx 19mm long excluding the bail by 17mm wide. The amber is around 12mm by 11.8mm.
Condition - Very good. The amber has a tiny surface chip neat one of the top rounds, noted for accuracy only. The 9ct bail is a replacement to the original.
Weight - 3.8g pendant only.
