Antique Coral Skull Charm
An excellent example of a lovely skull charm. The skull is carved in natural coral and has a 9ct gold bail. There is plenty of detail to the face and it would look perfect worn alone or as part of a stack of charms. It is also small enough to be worn on a bracelet, though this would need to be worn with care due to the delicacy of coral.
Chain pictured is for display only.
Details:
Materials - Coral, 9ct Gold (tested)
Age - Late Victorian
Size - The skull measures approx 11.8mm long excluding the bail by 8.7mm wide.
Condition - Very good. Minor wear to the surface commensurate with age. A knick at the back of the jaw on one side, please see the pics. This is not noticeable when worn and not detrimental to the piece. The bail is flat to the piece, rather than perpendicular. This means the skull turns to the side on occasion when worn.
Weight - 0.95g
