Antique Diamond & Moonstone Cluster Ring
A lovely ring from the late Victorian period, believed to have been converted from a stick pin. This ring came to me in a slightly different form, though it was already a ring that had been a stick pin in a previous life. I have had a better 14ct gold shank added in keeping with the style. The head of the ring is made from 18ct gold and has a beautiful high cabochon moonstone at the centre. The moonstone has a wonderful blue flash and truly glows. This is surrounded by a halo of old mine cut diamonds, all claw set in a classic style. This ring is so lovely and the whole conversion has breathed new life into a truly eye-catching piece.
