Antique Enamel 'Fish in a Net' Pendant

A quirky and fantastic pendant from the early 20th Century. The pendant is a lovely large size with glass to the front and to the back in a spectacle style setting. The outer metal is silver coloured metal and has a little screw top, which can be undone to open the locket. The nets are painted on the inside of the glass and the fish sits freely within the two glass panels. It tends to stay in one place when the locket is closed. The fish is enamelled with beautiful, vibrant reds, golds and black. The pendant is complete with a sterling silver bail.
