Antique Night Sky Conversion Ring
A wonderful and striking ring made from a Victorian part. The head of the ring has been converted from something else, likely a brooch, though it came to me as it is. It is a wonderful, mildly curved plaque made from 15ct gold that has vibrant blue enamel to the front. Within the enamel are six gold stars and at the centre is a beautiful old cut diamond set in a star setting. The plaque has had a shank attached, made in the Victorian style with a pretty decorative design. The ring looks fabulous on the finger and makes a real statement.
Details:
Materials - 15ct Gold (tested), Enamel, Diamond
Age - Victorian top, Victorian style shank
Size - The plaque measures approx 27.5mm long by 19mm wide. The diamond is around 3.2mm in diameter.
Ring Size - UK N US 6 3/4 Tricky to measure due to the slight oval of the shank and the diamond
Condition - Excellent. The diamond pokes through behind a little and touches the finger. It is not uncomfortable on the hand and is noted for information only.
Weight - 6.05g
