Antique 'Pensez À Moi' Ring

A wonderful and rare ring from the late Victorian period. The ring is made from silver, marked inside with the words ‘FINE SILVER’. It is a plain flat band that slides on with ease and has the words ‘Pensez À Moi’ (‘think of me’ in French) in relief. There is a textured background to the lettering, which really makes the decorative script pop. Such a lovely and simple ring with plenty of sentimentality.

Ring Size - UK M 1/2 US 6 1/2. Evidence of possible previous re-sizing. I would prefer not to resize this ring

Condition - Very good. The patina in the silver has been left as it highlights the lettering so well. Notes re sizing above.
