Art Deco Carnelian Riviere Necklace
A wonderful necklace from the Art Deco period, c1920s. The necklace is made from silver and has simple bezel settings that hold beautiful agate gemstones. The agate is carnelian with shades of white and orange throughout each natural stone. They are graduated in size and each stone exhibits its own pattern and shading. Such a beautiful necklace with the gemstones continuing all around the neck in a riviere style. The necklace is complete with a silver bolt ring clasp, which is a replacement to the original as it was broken.
