Art Deco Lapis Glass Shamrock Earrings
A pretty pair of earrings from the Art Deco period, c1920s. The earrings have silver gilt hooks and backs (silver that has been gilded to look like gold) and have three vibrant blue glass orbs set in the shape of a shamrock. The blue glass has hints of gold fleck within it and this has been done purposefully to imitate lapis lazuli. The stem of the shamrock has a little rose cut paste. These look very much like a stormy rose diamond. These decorative earrings are super fun and add a touch of colour to your ears.
