RESERVED Art Deco Opal Glass & Paste Earrings
A pretty pair of earrings from the Art Deco period, c1920s. The earrings are made from 9ct gold and have wonderful vibrant opal glass set to the front. The glass really exhibits the rainbow of an opal and they are a wonderful replica of the real thing. Surrounding these are halos of clear paste, mimicking diamonds. This style of paste earrings were popular during this period (these are actually marked with a patent number) and are an excellent replacement for the real thing.
