Art Deco Silver Man in the Moon Ring

sold out

A wonderful, original ring from the Art Deco period, c1920s. The ring is made from sterling silver, marked on the back, and is a pretty man in the moon face in relief. The moon has plenty of character and the natural patina in the silver accentuates this. The moon is curved to rest comfortably on the finger and sits on a split shank; it is in lovely condition. It is becoming rarer to find original examples of these rings and, consequently, this is a special piece.
