A striking, yet simple ring from the Edwardian period, dated Birmingham 1909. The ring is made from solid 9ct gold that has an antique rosy hue to it. At the centre is a beautiful faceted deep red garnet. The garnet appears fairly dark and then catches the light to exhibit the lovely red from within. The gemstone is a fairly good size and well protected in its flush mount setting. It has been thoughtfully faceted to allow the light to play across the surface. A truly lovely, statement ring.

Size - The garnet measures approx 9mm by 7mm. The ring is approx 10mm narrowing to 4.5mm at the back of the shank.

Ring Size - UK O US 7 1/4 This ring could be resized a little, though the hallmark is at the base of the shank and the re-sizing would need to be off to the size.
