Edwardian Impressive Opal & Diamond Ring
A wonderful ring from the Edwardian period, c1905. The ring is made from solid 18ct gold and is a classic style, though this example is a particularly beautiful one. The ring has three stunning natural opals with four old mine cut diamonds set in between. The opals are wild with colour in all lights and truly make a statement on their own. The diamonds are lovely and chunky and offset the opals perfectly. To the side a beautiful pierced gallery can be seen; slightly more ornate and impressive than other rings of this nature. A truly wonderful ring with a real feel of quality.
As a note, opals should always be worn with care around water.
