sold out

A pretty locket from the Edwardian period, dated Chester 1909. The locket is made from solid 9ct gold with full English hallmarks. It has a beautiful pattern of ivy leaves engraved into the front and a floral pattern to the back. The engraving is very pretty and ivy leaves came to resemble love and friendship. They have also been thought to represent resilience. Inside, the locket has the frames on each side that can be removed to place your own photos behind. Such a lovely and classic example.

The locket will come on a 14kt gold fill chain similar to the one pictured.
