Edwardian Porcelain Scent Bottle

£130.00

A pretty scent bottle from the Edwardian period, c1905. The bottle is made from porcelain and has been painted with a man and woman in traditional dress. The scene is colourful and exhibits lovely detail. To the back is a more moody scene with hills and countryside in black and white. Both paintings are very detailed and it is lovely to have the contrast from the front to the back. The top of the scent bottle is gold coloured metal and there is a bail to allow it to be worn on a chain.
