A wonderful locket from the early 20th Century, c1910s. The locket is made from solid silver, which seems to have a little gilding. It has been made in the shape of an egg and has bright red enamel to the back and the front. The outer enamel is in good condition and the hinge and clasp are in good working order. Inside there is a little cavity to hold your own momento. There is blue enamel on the inside; this is a little worn, though commensurate with age. Such a lovely locket.

The chain pictured is for display only.
