A beautiful and unusual pendant from the Georgian period, late 18th Century. The pendant is made from silver and 18ct gold and has a wonderful imperial topaz at the centre, which is pear shaped and foil backed. It has a pretty peachy hue and looks very regal in its setting. Surrounding the lovely topaz are an array of diamonds. The diamonds at the very top and bottom are old mine cut diamonds, whilst the others are hand cut rose cuts. They sit in closed back settings giving a subtle sparkle to the piece. Finishing the pendant are sprigs of gold and silver wire that have been curled. All are present and original. The piece is in excellent condition, particularly considering its age.

Chain pictured is for display only.
