Large Victorian Style Garnet Ring

A wonderful ring made in the Victorian style, though difficult to date with accuracy. The ring is made from silver and 9ct gold and has three fabulous rhodolite garnets set across the finger. The garnets are a wonderful deep pink/purple colour and are set in silver pie crust settings. The shank is solid gold and has pretty fleur-de-lis style split shoulders. The ring is such a great size and makes a real statement on the finger.

I cannot be sure of a definite date or origin in this instance and would rather err on the side of caution with regards to this. The ring has been beautifully made and curves perfectly around the top of the finger.
