Victorian Blue Enamel 'My Mother' Flower Ring

£0.00
sold out

A pretty and unusual ring from the Victorian period, hallmarked Birmingham 1880 and inscribed with ‘My Mother 1884’ on the outside of the shank. The ring is a memorial ring, though it has deep blue enamel rather than black, which is a lovely difference. ‘In Memory Of’ is picked out in gold lettering across the enamel and at the centre is a pretty flower design with a pearl centre and diamond chips set into the petals. It is a simple, yet effective design and is unusual in its choice of enamel colour for this style.
