A beautiful fob made from solid 15ct-18ct gold from the Victorian period. The gold is a rich yellow colour and exhibits stunning work with a sun-ray pattern to the top and a little swirl line design in the side where the stone is set. The seal is set with a carnelian gemstone, which is a beautiful burnt orange colour, and has been carved with the words ‘BON SOIR’ and a candle snuffer reaching in to snuff out the lit candle beneath. The stem of the fob has a decorative crown-like design and it is finished with a decent sized bail for either a dog clip or a medium weight chain.
