A beautiful and elegant ring from the middle of the Victorian period, with an inscription dating it to 1865. The ring is made from 15ct gold and has a lovely carved sardonyx at the centre, depicting a forget-me-not flower. As is often the case with this style of ring, the carving is intricate and displays lovely details. The inscription on the inside of the shank reads, ‘W.G.L March 22nd 1865’.
