sold out

A pretty and emotive ring from the Victorian period, c1890s. The ring is made from 9ct gold, marked on the inside of the shank with a makers mark of H&S for Henry Hyde & Sons. It is a lovely memorial ring with a central carved banded onyx. The onyx has been carved into a forget-me-not flower and this is surrounded by a halo of seed pearls. The central design is complete with a ring of black enamel. The ring has pretty, decorative shoulders with two black enamel arrows criss-crossing down the sides. A lovely example of the time and effort that is put into these classically Victorian pieces.
