Victorian French Silver & Gold Accent Chain, 15 3/4"

sold out

A beautiful chain from the late Victorian period, c1880s. The chain is made from silver, likely 800/900 as it is French in origin, and has a French lozenge makers mark, though it is hard to make out the actual initials within the mark. It has lovely decorative double oval links with little bands of rose gold overlay on each side. The links continue all the way along. It is complete with a secure bolt ring clasp and looks pretty when worn.
