A wonderful locket from the late Victorian period, c1890s. The locket is made from 15ct gold and is a lovely large size. It has glass to the back and to the front with a pretty flower attached to the front via drill holes in the glass. The flower has a bright and colourful opal to the centre and a lovely curved shape. The locket opens on a hinge and would look beautiful with a piece of silk inside.

Size - The locket measures approx 32mm in diameter. The opal measures around 4mm by 3mm
Condition - Excellent. Tiny little zigzag scratch in the glass to the front, noted for accuracy only and barely visible.
