Vintage Fish Earrings
A cool pair of earrings from the mid to late 20th Century, c1970s. The earrings are made from gold metal with a 14kt gold wash and are amazing fish. The fish are fully articulated all the way along the body and have lovely detail in the scales. They have tiny red glass eyes and are complete with shepherd hook fittings. The hooks are replacements to the originals and are solid 9ct gold.
The earrings are marked as 14kt gold, but do not test as such. I believe they have a 14kt gold wash and are otherwise gold metal, likely brass.

Size - The fish measure approx 28mm long excluding the hooks and are around 11mm wide at the tail.
Condition - Very good. Minimal wear commensurate with age
