A wonderful pair of earrings from the middle of the 20th Century, c1960s. The earrings are made from 9ct gold and are simple open six claw settings with a natural blue zircon set in the claws. The blue zircons are lovely and bright and show little wear to the facets, as you would normally expect from this softer gemstone. There is a fabulous play of light throughout and they look beautiful in the ear.
