Antique Emerald Solitaire Pendant
A stunning and simple pendant. The pendant likely started life as something else, possibly a stick pin, though it came to me as it is. It would seem that the pendant is from the early 20th Century and the setting is made from 15ct gold. Within the simple open claw setting is a wonderful natural emerald. The emerald has the most fantastic depth of colour and measures around 6mm x 5mm. Given the measurements, it is likely around 0.55cts. The depth of the green is truly stunning!
The pendant is complete with a 9ct gold bail and will come on the rolled gold chain pictured. The chain has a 9ct gold clasp and measures 16”.
