A wonderful charm holder/key ring from the early to mid 20th Century. It is attributed to Desitin Chemical Company with engraving on the back and a patent number for the design. The company trademark was first registered in 1963, though the company name has been in use since 1926. This looks to be from the 1930s/40s and tests as being made from low grade silver. It is a very useful and cool charm holder. Made in the shape of a heart and with a lovely rigid round bar top. The lock at the centre of the heart clicks down and the bar slides around to show an opening on one side. It then clicks back into place securely. Ideal for lots of charms or for your keys!
