Vintage Rose Diamond Drop Earrings

A striking pair of earrings made in the Victorian style. The earrings are fairly large in appearance and are based on Dutch styles from the Victorian period. There was a fashion for creating handmade replicas of Victorian styles in the mid 20th Century in the Netherlands and these are a beautiful representation of that style. The earrings are studded throughout with rose diamonds, which glitter beautifully in their silver setting. They have been handmade in silver and been given a 14ct gold back, as was customary of pieces from this period. The ear wires are also 14ct gold. Beautiful quality and stunning when worn.
