Vintage Marquise Diamond Snake Ring

A stunning and unusual ring from the late 20th Century. The ring is made from solid 18ct gold and has a twist of yellow and white gold all the way along the length of the body. The diagonal golds somehow represent the skin of a snake perfectly and it has a lovely coiled shape. The head of the snake is an elegant design following the line of a beautiful marquise diamond. The diamond is cut beautifully and is around H colour, VS clarity. It measures approximately 5mm long by 2.8mm wide making it around 0.15cts. A truly eye-catching ring.

Age - Late 20th Century

Size - Diamond details as above. The snake body is approx 2.1mm wide all the way along. The head is approx 4.2mm wide by 6.2mm long.

Ring Size - UK L US 5 3/4 This ring could fit a little bigger as it is open and will have some give. Certainly up to a 6, possibly 6 1/4

Condition - Excellent. Some minor wear commensurate with age.
